COVID-19 UPDATE

We are living and working through new and challenging times and I want you to feel assured that I am fully informed and that I am following the guidelines that have been set out for Pet Business Owners.

I will be following the below guidelines and best practice:

A face covering will be worn when I enter a house.
I will only walk dogs together with the owner's permission from households that are not self isolating or shielding. If you are self isolating or shielding, I can offer you solo walks.
Dogs will only be let off lead where safe to do so as decided by me.
I will regularly use hand sanitiser and wash my hands between visits, in line with recommendations.
If I use my vehicle, I will disinfect between dogs. Where possible, I will walk your dog from your home.
I will use my own leads and I will sanitise between dog walks.
If you require your dog to be fed etc. you will be asked to leave the food on the counter or in a designated cupboard so there is minimal touching of surfaces.
Pet visits will be spent out in the garden with the pets where possible and again minimal touching so please leave toys out so that I can interact in a safe way with your pet.
I will not be offering any house sitting services at this time.
All meet & greet consultations will take place in a garden where possible, if this is not possible then face coverings will be worn and social distancing measures will be agreed.
If you are going to be at home when I collect your dog, please make arrangements to leave them in a room where we are not going to be in direct contact. If this is not possible, we will both be required to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing.
Until further notice, I will not be accepting cash payments, please make payment by bank transfer.

I will review and update my guidelines at regular interviews as and when recommendations are released.
