This includes provided information at the time of registering to use my site, posting material, requesting further services or subscribing to any service offered by me on the site. I might also request further information so that I can meet your service requirements.

I may keep a record of any correspondence if you should contact me. Also you IP address maybe collected. Information such as your name, address, contact number, email address, house alarm code (should you have one and not be in for the service I provide.)

I only keep your data on file for any future bookings unless you request me to delete it, which you can at any time. In which case I will only keep a record of any relevant book keeping records for up to 6 years as required by HMRC.

When you give me personal information I take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely by ensuring my I have anti virus software and that your information is stored on a password locked computer, that only I have access to.

All paper information, such as signed T&Cs are stored in a locked cabinet.
